Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on technical support experience in Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, MS Office, and voice & data network
• Familiar with audio and visual system and features will be an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL and with passion to improve the success rate of incidents
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
