Responsibilities of this specific role will include, but not be limited to the following:
• IM and Mobile Devices, Network and Infrastructure Support, Software Asset Management and Inventory/ Documentation and IT Procurement
• Coordinating with multiple disciplines and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks
• Writing reports for internal and external purposes based on findings
• Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences

• Aid in managing and understanding software database for license compliance
• Update Software not registered in Snow license manager, overall data cleanup of software manager
• Remove and monitor blacklisted software downloaded on user computers
• Run a script that queries the software installed on all of the RWAs
• Check software listed on the RWA site against the software list to ensure that appropriate software is being advertised on the RWA site
• Candidate must not require sponsorship, now or in the future to be considered for this role
Qualifications
Required:
• Be majoring in Management Information Systems or Information Technology and or have equivalent experience
• Business Administration and accounting experience a plus
• Have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, manage deadlines and exceptional organization skills required for our rapidly changing environment
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
• Have presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
