We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to resolve desktop hardware and software issues in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Managing Office 2003 applications.
• PC/Laptop Setup & Configuration with preferred ghosting experience.
• General IP networking with some experience dealing with wireless networks is preferred.
• Setting up users to work remotely.
Qualifications:
• Qualified professionals will have current experience resolving desktop hardware and software issues in a fast paced environment or Technical Degree of Equivalent Experience.
• Solid understanding of managing windows XP based PC’s.
• In depth understanding of office 2003 with the emphasis around Outlook and Word applications.
• General knowledge of networking including addressing, IP subnets, DHCP, DNS and proxy settings.
• Excellent communications skills required and prior experience in working in a help desk environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment and must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
